The Reconditioning Process
This process takes approximately 2-4 weeks from start to finish depending on the size of the machine. 
Every Holzher edgebander is refurbished regardless of size and tooling and is treated the same way as the 2 examples given below

Holzher 1404 before
 
All machines are dismantled with much care taken in the replacement of bearings in all motors, the pressure roll system is fully over hauled and the glue system is replaced with new.
Holzher 1404 after
With a new fresh look to the machine even you would not be able to tell that this was originally in a poor state.
